Do you want to manage job data on Italian reports?

The EOS Advanced Document Reporting for Project365 app allows you to have the amounts and subtotals calculated correctly and control the visibility of the lines of the print documents.

This app integrates the functionalities of the Eos apps Advanced Document Reporting and EOS Project 365, with a specific focus on sending Work Report via e-mail.

Advanced Document Reporting for P365

The ADR functionalities have been extended for the purpose of saving and sending work reports to customers and/or the project manager, through the usual ADR setup.


On the job card, the field Bill-To E-Mail has been added.


In order to send the work report to this e-mail address, E-Mail Source Type on the ADR e-mail address setup must be set to Job and/or Job/PM. The former is retrieved from the Bill-To E-Mail on the project, the latter from the e-mail address set on the resource card of the project manager.


Therefore, when the e-mail is sent, the recipient addresses will be the followings:


Subscriptions

Some features of this app require a subscription.

The subscription can be activated from Subscription control panel page or directly from the notification messages that the system proposes, by clicking on the link that allows you to start the subscription wizard.

In details:

  • FREE-TRIAL-DEMO version: it’s automatically activated at first request and gives full access to all features. This trial expires after 20 days from the activation

  • FULL VERSION: it’s possibile to buy a full version that will last for 12 months following the wizard and accessing to the EOS AppStore.
