Do you want to manage purchase request with projects?

The Purchase Request for Project P365 app helps you to manage projects and wbs projects on purchase requests and therefore on the order once approved.

This app integrates the functionalities of the Eos app EX046 Purchase Request and the Kumavision apps for project management (P365).

On the purchase request header, the fields Global Dimension 1 and Global Dimension 2 were added. They display the default dimensions indicated on the resource set in Requester No..


All the most important fields of the WBS and budget lines were added to the purchase request lines, allowing to keep track of this information.


There are two new function to help fill these fields:

  • Get Work Package - for current line: it assigns the work package and, possibly, ToDo No. to the line which the user is positioned on.

  • Get Work Package - for marked lines: it assigns the work package and, possibly, ToDo No. to the lines selected with Select More.


Depending on the setup of the field Purchase Posting Level on the project card (it can be set to WBS or Budget), the system will open a pop-up showing WBS lines, in the first scenario, or budget lines, in the secondo scenario, where the user can select the correct one.



On the workflow user group header, the fields Request User ID and Request Group ID were added. Both identify the users whose purchase requests must be approved by the user on the selected line.


If the Request User ID is filled in, the user on the selected line will be responsible for the approval of the purchase requests of that single user; on the other hand, if the Request Group ID is filled in, the user on the selected line will be responsible for the approval of the purchase requests of the entire user group indicated in it.

Subscriptions

Some features of this app require a subscription.

The subscription can be activated from Subscription control panel page or directly from the notification messages that the system proposes, by clicking on the link that allows you to start the subscription wizard.

In details:

  • FREE-TRIAL-DEMO version: it’s automatically activated at first request and gives full access to all features. This trial expires after 20 days from the activation

  • FULL VERSION: it’s possibile to buy a full version that will last for 12 months following the wizard and accessing to the EOS AppStore.
