EX112 Fuel Finance (PEF)

The Fuel Finance (FUF) app helps companies operating in the fuel industry manage transport documentation in Italy, including DAS, E-DAS, and E-AD. It also supports the definition of customer credit limits and vendor debt limits and provides functionality for electronic communications with the UTF.

Introduction

The main features of the Fuel Finance (FUF) app are:

  • Customs Travel Documents (CTDs): create and monitor documents linked to sales orders, purchase orders and transfer orders, including status tracking, validation and e-AD/e-DAS workflows.
  • Management Deadlines: monitor deadlines for vehicles, drivers and locations, with warnings, confirmation requests or process blocks where applicable.
  • Customer Credit Limits and Vendor Debit Limits: manage amounts, validity periods, and active or blocked status.
  • Customer Statistics and Reminders: review due and overdue amounts and support reminder management.
  • Excise Tax Management: configure Tax Manufacture codes and Excise Tax Regimes, as well as VAT reductions.
  • Inventory Management and Valuation: create daily inventory entries by item and location, calculate costs, and consult historical data and related reports.
  • Density and 15-Degree Invoicing: manage density groups and matrices, and configure related 15-degree invoicing.
