Introduction

Fuel for LPG supports the management of LPG Utilities and their related installations, combining technical operations, consumption readings and invoicing. The main features of the Fuel for LPG (FLP) app are:

  • Gas System Management: register Gas Systems associated with customers and locations, track their operational status and consult archived versions.
  • Tank and Component Management: manage tank and component details and status, including installation and decommissioning.
  • Utility Management: link Utilities to Gas Systems and customers, and consult the associated supply contract and billing information.
  • Refueling Scheduling: configure Refuelings and Refueling Periods, including frequency and the allocation of planned annual consumption.
  • Gas Meter and Meter Reading Management: link Gas Meters to Utilities, record readings using the Meter Readings Journal and consult the related Meter Reading Entries.
  • Consumption Invoicing: process sales invoices based on recorded meter readings and the terms of the supply contract.
  • Maintenance Interventions: create and manage interventions for Gas Systems. Posting an intervention updates the tank components and creates the related Maintenance Entries.
