Users
Users enabled to use the Power App must be entered on the User List (PMM) page. The user must first be entered in the following tables:
- Employees. Where the badge used to access the Power App is specified.
- Resources. The resource code is linked to the employee. In the resource table there are the these fields: Capacity, Efficiency, Capacity uni of measure and Work Center No. used for calculating calendars, absences.
For each user, in addition to enabling, it is possible to define which activities are enabled.
For each activity, in addition to enabling, you can define the sort order and a possible filter to limit the data displayed.
For the Item activity, which is used for example in the Spare Parts section of a work request, you can also define which fields to display in the Detail:
