Introduction
The Historical ECB Exchange Rates app provides direct access to the European Central Bank (ECB) Exchange rates service within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The app allows you to connect to 3 different ECB web services. You can download exchange rates from:
Import
After installing “Historical Exchange Rates “ in Dynamics 365 Business Central, go to “Currencies” page and click “Import Historical Exchange Rates from ECB”:
Select the period from the Drop Down list:
Wait until download and import end. Check the new rates imported drilling down on field “Exchange Rate Amount”.
NB Without this integration, Dynamics 365 Business Central only supports downloading “latest” (I.E yesterday’s) exchange rates.
Subscriptions
Some features of this app require a subscription.
The subscription can be activated from Subscription control panel page or directly from the notification messages that the system proposes, by clicking on the link that allows you to start the subscription wizard.
In details:
FREE-TRIAL-DEMO version: it’s automatically activated at first request and gives full access to all features. This trial expires after 20 days from the activation
FULL VERSION: it’s possibile to buy a full version that will last for 12 months following the wizard and accessing to the EOS AppStore.
