Automatic Creation At The End Of A Work Request

The system allows work requests to be created automatically when a work request is completed. This automatism allows maintenance to be performed not on a pre-established date, but in accordance with a predefined period after the completion of a previously performed work request.

To enable this automation it is necessary edit the maintenance point of a machine as follows:

  • Set the period that must elapse between the first maintenance and the next one (DateFormula).
  • Enable “Auto-Create Work Request”.
  • Create the first work request using the “Create Work Request” action.

Scheduled Creation

The system allows the automatic creation of work requests spaced between them by a predetermined period. Unlike automatic creation at the end of a work request, this automation immediately creates all work requests in the specified date range and spaced as defined in the maintenance point.

To activate this automation, it is necessary to change the maintenance point of a machine as follows:

  • Set the “Start Date” and “End Date” as the range of dates during which maintenance is to be performed.
  • Set in the “Periodicity” field the period that must elapse between the first maintenance and the next maintenance (DateFormula).
  • Create work requests using the “Create Work Request” action.

Planning Criteria

The system allows work requests to be automatically created based on the fulfillment of a certain control parameter (e.g., every 10.000 parts produced).

To activate this automation, it is necessary to change the maintenance point of a machine as follows:

  • Set a value for the “Planning Criteria” field.
  • Set in the “Planning Value” field the value that must be reached such that maintenance must be performed.
  • Create work requests manually or using the “Create work request” action.
