The system allows the creation of a quote or purchase order from the spare parts used in the work request. The functions are available through the “Purchase Lines” item in work requests.

Copy From Work Request

Copy spare parts from the work request.

Create Purchase Document

Allows to create a quote or purchase order with the vendor specified in the lines.

Open Purchase Document

Allows to view or edit the generated purchase document.

Create Requistition Request

Allows to create a requisition request with the specified lines.

Open Requistition Request

Allows to view or edit the generated requisition request.
