Work Request Agent

Work Request Agent is an intelligent agent integrated into the PMM (Plant Maintenance) application, designed to simplify and automate the creation of Work Requests in Business Central. The Agent is available exclusively in SaaS BC 28 (and later) environments.

What it does

  • captures work requests directly from received emails

  • automatically identifies the affected machine and maintenance point

  • extracts the problem description and any planned dates/times

  • automatically generates the Work Request in Business Central

  • sends a structured confirmation to the requester with the details of the created request

Why it matters

  • reduces manual user activities

  • speeds up the process of reporting and managing maintenance interventions

  • ensures traceability and standardization of work requests

Usage costs

Using the Work Request Agent is designed to be efficient: each processed request requires on average about 25 Copilot credits, with variations depending on the complexity of the content.
