Open a Customer Card from the Customer List:

From Customer->Comments enter comment lines and choose whether to show them on Orders, Quotes, Invoice, Credit Memos, Blanket Orders, Return Orders:

When creating a Sales Order the system will automatically open the Comments page related to the “Somadis” customer:
